The external capture unit supports high refresh rates up to 144 fps for passthrough and 60 fps for recording, with a USB 3.2 Gen2 connection allowing for HDR/VRR passthrough. It is capable of producing high refresh rate VRR and HDR video output from high-performance gaming consoles and high-spec GPUs, while also recording at 60 fps even at 4K resolutions.

The product dimensions are W 4.7 x D 2.8 x H 1.1 inches (120 x 70 x 27.6 mm), with a weight of 4.1 oz (115 g). The PC connection interface includes 1x USB3.2 Gen2 Type-C (10Gbps), with 2x HDMI 2.1 in/out for video input and output. The maximum input and output resolution is 4K (3840x2160) @ 144fps HDR/VRR, with supported resolutions including 2160p, 1440p, 1080p, and more. Supported video formats include YUY2, NV12, RGB24, and P010 (HDR), with compatibility for Windows 10/11 64-bit operating systems.

Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) is available for pass-through only, while the RGB function is compatible with various motherboards' Gaming Utility or RGB system software. Other features include UVC (plug and play) functionality, as well as compatibility with third party software like OBS.
